this place is amazing. i love to bring friends and family here. service is always so friendly and quick. my most recent server, Aubri, was so attentive and sweet ! the espresso martinis are amazing as well!!

It’s hard to find anything worth spending money on in midland but Saint Blaise is definitely the exception. Saint Blaise feels modern and upscale but also somehow comfy and nostalgic to Old Midland. I’ve stop by to grab coffee to go and I’ve stoped in for bites and cocktails and closed it down and never left disappointed. The menu is unique and eclectic bringing new spins on classic favorites. Truly midlands newest downtown staple.

We celebrated Jess’s birthday at Saint Blaise and OMG I didn’t expect it to be this good! I’ve only had chicken schnitzel like this in NYC or London, and now Midland has it? I actually live in San Antonio, but I come up to Midland every month and it’s so cool to see amazing spots like this opening up. Seriously, thank you for leveling things up around here. I’ll definitely be back! Also, Michelle was our server and she was TOP super sweet, attentive, and just made the whole experience even better.

This place is amazing! It is so timeless & classy they did such a good job with attention to detail as far as the atmosphere and design.. it is simple yet elegant. The service was great ..I wished I remembered her name I believe it may have been Camilla? Anyways the whole staff is welcoming and all smiles which is super rare these days (sadly). The food is just as amazing as the vibes! I love what they are doing and I wish them continued success! Please keep up the amazing work y’all! Can’t wait to go back Important edit order the French onion dip as an appetizer!! lol

My newest fave gem for a girls brunch or date night with my hubby! I’ve been half a dozen times already and want to make it a weekly ritual. Gotta get the french onion dip and the chicken schnitzel. The cosmo is chefs kiss and the espresso martini is my favorite in town!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saint Blaise in good ole Midland, Texas, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and elegantly designed. One of my favorite pieces was the green marble throughout the bar. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had a great experience. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You could tell that top quality ingredients and careful preparation went into every bite. The Salisbury steak was a standout perfectly cooked and seasoned. Overall, Saint Blaise delivered an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a comforting meal, this is a place you won’t want to miss. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu. This is exactly what West Texas needed!

Our meals were full of flavor and had great presentation to them. And the drinks? Equally impressive. Creative, well-balanced cocktails and a great selection of wines. I always look for 3 things when it comes to a restaurant that I’ll return to, great food, great drinks, and great service. Saint Blaise checks the box on all 3.

Midland just got a serious upgrade. This spot feels like something straight out of NYC upscale, modern, and effortlessly cool. Every detail, from the stunning bar to the thoughtfully designed space, is a 100/10 on aesthetics. The food? Absolutely incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor, and the cocktails were spot on. Easily one of the best dining experiences in town. If you haven’t been yet, you’re definitely missing out.
